Dreaming of turquoise water and white sandy beaches? We give you our top 10 beaches below… Which one is your favorite?

1. Fiji, Likuliku (Benedicte)

Spent my 30th birthday at Likuliku Lagoon Resort in July last year – a true paradise with the most beautiful beaches…

2. Hyams beach – Australia, Jervis Bay, New South Wales (Pernille & Benedicte)

We visited this Australian beach together in January 2012. Hyams Beach is actually listed in the Guinness Book of Records as having the whitest sand in the world. It is the most famous and popular of the beaches inside the Jervis Bay area.

3. Whiteheaven Beach – Australia, Whitsunday Islands, Queensland (Benedicte & Pernille)

Whitehaven Beach is a 7 km stretch along Whitsunday Island. The beach is only accessible by boat from the mainland and other islands in the area (e.g. Hamilton Island). The beach is a definite must-see in the Whitsundays:  Crystal clear waters and the finest sand I have ever experienced (the guide suggested that we polished our finger rings with the sand…)!

7. Manly Beach – Australia, Sydney (Benedicte)

Yes, another beach in Australia… :) But after living at Manly Beach for almost two years, this beach is very dear to me…

Sydney is rimmed with dozens of beaches, but Manly – a 2.3 kilometer crescent of golden sand 20 minutes from downtown – has become synonymous with the laid-back Aussie lifestyle. Sydneysiders and tourists come here for the booming surf, great restaurants. Keep your eyes peeled for migrating whales from May to early October.

8. Tulum beach – Mexico, Yucatán Peninsula (Benedicte)

The sugar-white sands, turquoise  water, green palm trees and chilled Coronas invite you to laze on Tulum Beach all day! Would love to come back one day!!
