Travel Habit - Port de SollerDowntown Port de Sóller has an amazing vibe to it with great restaurants and bars – A tramway links the inland town of Sóller to Port de Sóller, running along the beach-side road since 1913 (picture Travel Habit // July 2014)

Spent the summer in Port de Sóller in Mallorca, Spain, a beautuful little fishing village located about half an hour drive from Palma. Can highly recommend this place – great accomedation and restaurants and a cosy atmosphere!

  • …. and many good local sidewalk cafes and restaurants in the charming street, Santa Catalina (old town)
What to do!
  • Palma is only 30 minutes drive away! Surprisingly good shopping and food!
  • Rent a boat, a kayak, SUP, etc. All sorts of water sports.
  • Visit Sóller, e.g. by jumping on the cute tram from the centre of Port de Sóller – a  4.9 km ride, which have been running since 1913. Very popular!
